| What does 5MB mean? |
5MB (megabytes) is the amount of space allocated to your Email Account on our server.
To help you understand what this means, most emails without attachments are approximately 10kb (kilobytes) in size.
A kilobyte is 1000 bytes and a megabyte is one million bytes.
Attachments and large amounts of text will increase the size of emails quite substantially. Your Mailbox contains a size column that shows you the size in kilobytes of every email you are storing. |
