| What happens to my Email Account when I reach my 5MB limit? |
When your Email Account is at capacity, it will no longer accept emails. They will be returned to the sender until your account is below 5MB and has enough space to accept the incoming mail. The sender of the email will be notified that it has been returned and why.
You will not be able to copy any outgoing messages to your Sent folder and you will not be able to add any new addresses to your email Address Book.
If after seven days from the initial notification your Email Account is still over 5MB, your account will be automatically reduced to 5MB by deleting emails, starting with the oldest first. Once deleted, your emails cannot be recovered. |
