| How do I manage my Email account online? |
Check the size of emails stored in all folders (apart from the Deleted folder). Delete emails you no longer want, especially those that are large e.g. ones with attachments or pictures.
If you have a printer, you may wish to print out attachments and images that are taking up a lot of space in your Mailbox.
Another tip is to delete all but the most recent email of a string of "reply" emails - starting Re: in the subject field. The most recent email will usually contain all of the previous emails, so to save space we recommend you delete some of the original emails. |
