Yes. When you log on from a different telephone number you will be asked if you are a new or existing user. Highlight and select the existing user option and you will now be asked to enter your email address and password.
If you are the primary account holder then you will be asked if this is a permanent or temporary move. If this is a permanent move you will be asked to give us your address details and then you will be able to access the Internet and your email account as usual. If this is a temporary move, or you are a secondary account holder, you will be taken straight through to the Internet. |
