| What do the moving cogs on the right hand side of the Toolbar mean? |
The moving cogs mean that the TV is processing information and will produce some results soon. Highlighting and selecting the cogs once the page has uploaded will refresh that page.
Highlight, select the cogs and press enter.They will begin moving and the web page you are on will reload with the most up to date content.
