Please be advised that from the morning of Thursday 30th November until further notice users will not be able to make changes to their Internet account. This is due to an upgrade in our system which will result in the following:

Better management of email facilities including spam filter

Ability to sign up or upgrade to more competitive package offerings

Unfortunately users will not be able to amend passwords, regrade their account, add email accounts or change their bank details. We will also not be able to receive emails via the Support Centre. The helpdesk will be available should you require any urgent help.

We would like to apologise for this inconvenience and ask that you bear with us during these changes.

Once in place the new systems will ensure we offer our users an even better Internet experience.

As well as the above changes we will also be making upgrades to our mail platform. Although you will be able to send and receive as normal during this time there may be a delay at the beginning of next week while changes to the domains are made.

The domain changes will be made on Sunday 3rd December but will not completely update until Monday 4th or Tuesday 5th. You may not then initially see old email (via webmail) but this will be moved over during that week.

The upgrade in mail servers is to ensure a more efficient spam filter application and more reliable service to our users.
